I'm still in disbelief how bad this lunch went. Olive Gardens is one of our favorite restaurants, we visit it in every state we go to and it's consistently good. Even our last time in this restaurant was great. But not yesterday. Service was bad and slow. We got breadsticks before drinks. I asked for soup refill and didn't get it until after my main course. Hubby asked for Zuppa Toscana , was told it'll take a bit of time, as it is not finished cooking. Not sure how do you not have it ready beforehand. An hour later, it was still not done, so he had gnocchi soup instead. It came watered down with no gnocchi in it. My garlic shrimp pasta was tasteless. At no point we were asked if the food was OK. Then instead of offering us coffee or desserts, the waitress just pointed to the screen with a bill while we were still eating and said, whenever we're ready to pay, it's there. Had to ask her to come back later to take our dessert order. As we were leaving other patrons on the table next to us, were still told, the Tuscan soup was been cooked and it'll take a bit of time. That was more than 2 hours later. Throughout entire experience we felt like they just couldn't be bothered.

I went here to meet a friend for lunch. It's his favorite place. I have many other local places that I prefer but he loves it so much I couldn't decline his invitation. I give the service 5 stars. Our server was wonderful and attentive. The food I give 2 stars. The Iceberg lettuce with barely any dressing was unappealing at best. The soup lacked guts, it was all broth. I had to ask for another bowl. I guess the best thing were the breadsticks. But they are previously frozen, as you can expect from a chain restaurant. I really don't like giving negative reviews it's just that I much prefer local eateries that offer freshly made food and farm to table foods. However, I'll go here for my friend.

I ordered dinner from here and I got the chicken parm. When I got home to eat it, it was undercooked a lot I was so grossed out I could not even eat any of my meal! If I swallowed that chicken…I don’t even want to think about that. I am for sure never eating here again!

Amazing food and the pleasant people!! Also got a $5 alfredo meal for the next day and that was delicious too!!
