What a great experience I had at the Newington T-Mobile next to Batteries Plus. My salesman was Isaac, and he was kind, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and oh so patient! I'm very happy about saving money on my monthly Verizon bill! I bought an upgraded phone for $99, and got a $200 prepaid credit card just for transferring! Great team over there, I'll be visiting again!

Isaac and Ali were professional and friendly! I was in and out in under 45 minutes with a new phone. The smoothest experience I have had ever buying a cell phone. Very happy with the customer service and professionalism at this location.

Ali at this T Mobile store is the man, dude helped me get everything I needed to replace my phone with Apple care and gave me a new SIM card after I replaced it. Seriously go to this store if you have t mobile or sprint. Everyone there was super nice and helpful and I would recommend this location to anyone! Thank you man!!!!

The girl Aylah, I believe, chewed on ice chunks the whole time we were in the store talking to her. And when she said we need to get ahold of straight talk and get port codes so we could keep our old numbers she never said we had to do it so like 10 min before she has to leave, in the middle of the sale, she says she refuses to call straight talk, we needed to do it (I found out today 4/14/22 talking to a rep online, it was her responsibility after all, she never shouldve made us do it. She had to leave before our sale/purchase was done so, she asked another girl in the store to come finish our sale. She explained nothing to the girl about our sale and apparently didn't even put much of our info in the computer so we are thinking we were almost done when the new girl starts asking us the same stuff all over again. I said nope I'm not going thru all of that again the girl threw a fit and said she wouldn't help us and she walked away then another man came over to help he helped us no problem we were in the comp we needed the port #'s from straight talk for each line which we did get ourselves from straight talk I couldn't believe how unprofessional quite rude BOTH women were. Put down the ice for 15 min, pay attention to your customers and show them some respect. We didn't even have my grandsons phone with us he has a newer iPhone he wants to keep, they say OK well you're on your own once you get the port # from S.T. you should be able to set it up yourselves. Ya right. Another total nightmare! The first girl also talked us into the hm internet said we had a 14 days FREE we wouldn't be charged until after that if we kept it! LIES ITS DEF NOT 40.00 P/MO & THEY CHARGED ME THE VERY NEXT DAY. The guy here was very nice and helpful but, those 2 girls were so unprofessional and not nice I also messaged customer care several times I feel they don't read all or the mesgs in a mesg they say something totally irrelevant to what you told them about and I end up having to repeat myself over and over and over. How can I refer t mobile after all that who is gonna fix it and make me feel like a valued customer

Call them. May depend on repair. They can direct you to closest place if they don't do it.

I'm not a cell phone guru if I were you I'd go to the sprint store in Newington and ask for Justin Brackett the assistant manager he can look at your phone and tell you what is wrong with the phone if anything at all good luck
