Awesome location and facility! Freedom Boat Club has their fleet located adjacent to the gas dock. Clean parking lot and facilities. There is an on-site restaurant which serves the freshest seafood. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and courteous.

What a disappointment. I have been buying engine parts here on and off for a few years. The parts department has always been great. Always ordered the right part and was very good at ensuring I had all the parts I needed. Never did I have to go back because I needed some else, can’t say enough about Parts. Now for the rest of it… I went in July and asked about winter storage as a new customer and left my information. Not until mid August did I receive any email. Their only question was: “Is your boat going to leave again in the spring?” I needed to have some engine issues addressed and I wanted to talk to service about it before I agree to bring the boat there and hope for the best. FIVE messages to service later still no response. I drove over and dropped off the paperwork still not having gotten any answers. Of course now the yard is full. Full of dead boats and 3’ tall grass. Too bad this is the only lift on the seacoast. Sorry I spent so much time chasing a business that isn’t interested in any local business.

Large boat ramp. Plenty of parking . Easy in and out with a trailer. Gave it 4 stars only because there was an issue with people using the boat lumch and dock like it was their own personal dock. Waiting almost half an hour circling in the water until people final got in their boat and freed up the boat ramp. Maybe some signs or someone enforcing a time limit on loading and unloading .

Tom, Deb and Martha are great. Bob and Rigging crew are fantastic. We think it is the best boatyard facility on the east coast! Good pricing. Hard working and always willing to go the extra mile for you!
