Before scheduling at this practice, I called and asked if they would be welcoming to fat patients and was told that they welcome patients with all bodies. At my first appointment with Elisabeth Robinson, I got a weird vibe. After leaving this appointment, I received an appointment summary electronically listing a diagnosis that WAS NOT DISCUSSED at my appointment. When I called to express that this made me uncomfortable, I was gaslit and told that I was wrong. I stated I would be ending my care. The next day, I received a call from Elisabeth asking me to consider staying on as a patient with this diagnosis removed from my chart and I agreed. Several weeks later, I received a discharge summary in the mail. When I called to inquire about this, i was told that the conversation where the provider asked me to stay on as a patient was not documented. I was read a piece of charting where the provider described me as “being emotional”. This was completely unprofessional. I asked to make a formal complaint about the treatment I had received. The person who called me back was dismissive, argumentative, and stated that the conversation that happened on March 15 in which the provider asked me to stay on as a patient was documented on March 14, leading me to believe that the provider amended the documentation in my chart after the initial complaint. I was told that the provider “is a wonderful provider” as I was attempting to provide feedback on an incredibly harmful experience. No one should go here, and it is especially not a safe space for fat patients.

Absolutely fraudulent practice. I removed my family and children from here as our primary care as they do not follow up, refer or even try to diagnose their patients. In excruciating pain FOR 4-6 weeks and Travis Palmer wouldnt even refer me to any specialist or return my phone calls. They did ZERO, NOTHING, NADA!!! 6 Weeks later after exploring different specialists on my own. I had a severely herniated disc in my spine. Travis clearly has no experience to help his patients. He is a total fraud and should lose his license to practice! What a nightmare! An extra 6 weeks of level 10 pain due to Mr. PALMERS NEGLIGENCE! DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE, THEY ARE STRICTLY ANOTHER OFFICE WHO ONLY CARES ABOUT PUSHING PEOPLE THROUGH TO MAKE MONEY. THEY DO NOT TREAT OR PROVIDE ANY SOUND ADVICE OR REFERALLS WHATSOEVER. They don't even have a clue about human health....my leg pain was clearly a tell tale sign of sciatic pain and he had no inkling of a clue!

I've been going here my whole life. The staff and doctors used to be very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, over the years the prices have become outrageous and the doctors could not care less. They are purely there to make as much money as they can and spend as little time with you as possible. One of the receptionists, Debbie, is incredibly rude, and once rolled her eyes right in front of me while speaking to another customer on the phone. After going off my anxiety medication in December, I had an odd side effect of brain zaps. The only appointment I was able to get that day was a Telehealth with Travis Palmer who I had never seen before. After explaining to him what I was experiencing, he simply told me to "wait it out and see what happens". It was less than a 10 minute call. $140 was what I was charged for that. After calling and explaining that there must be some mistake and there was no way that extremely brief call that offered me no help whatsoever was worth $140, the receptionist said there was nothing she could do and that reduced prices are for people that truly can't afford their services. Another preposterous example is the in-office follow up I had a month after starting my medication: $215. It was a follow up. She asked me how my medication was working, I told her I went off of it and I didn't want to try a different brand. Absolutely no effort was given by her. She did not do anything that was even close to being worth $215. I am a young retail worker, I can't afford these ridiculous prices for the awful services this place is providing. Do with this what you may, but just beware. Needless to say, I'm finding another doctor who truly cares about people's well-being and aren't just in it for the money.
