What a hero! Mrs. Monea Williams, FNP made my world along with her assistant Melissa, a major game-changer! Been suffering for over 2 years now with Vertigo and peri-menopause all wrapped up together and it's been the most unpleasant experience!! She cleared the way by explaining Hormonal Therapy with the BioTE and I'm now counting the days until I begin getting myself back to feeling normal again! The Nurse Practitioner who treated me was very professional. She showed up on time, presented herself very well, and for her safety as well as mine, she kept a mask on at all times. She explained in depth the treatment I was receiving and approximation of how long the treatment will take. She was gentle and caring as she inserted and removed the IV. Her equipment was visibly clean and she washed her hands in-between putting on and taking off gloves. The treatment itself gave me energy for weeks and an over all great feeling. My experience was very pleasant and I am looking forward to my next treatment.
