I am still suffering to this day due to a mistake that this doctor made. I was on my way to getting better and this woman denied me any quality of life.

Sad. I was forced to WAIT over 3 weeks to hear back from Dr. Defeo regarding a procedure she performed that sent me running (not literally) to the ER 2 days post procedure. "Nothing I can do for you over the phone but tell you to put ice on it and see you at your follow up appointment. The reason why your in so much pain is because the medicine wore off." Then she had to get off the phone because "I have other patients waiting..." [Click] And the answering service is a joke. The person told me while I was in mid sentence "I am putting you on hold" and never get back to me. WOW. And here I am, almost 5 months later, with regression & new pain. Seeing a neurosurgeon now who is requesting MRI. Prayers for my recovery. I've been struggling 2x as much with pain management ever since this procedure. Sad.💔
