Always great. Thank you Brandon and everyone else that helps me out everytime I'm at BMW.... 8 months later, have to change it. I haven't gotten a call back in weeks and actually months as I've been waiting for a sunroof part. Been trying the past couple weeks and couldn't get Brandon at all. Asked to speak to anyone else. Was told not to worry and Brandon would get back. No word. Came down to South Florida with it saying 10 miles past service, car started to misfire. Had to come to a BMW down here and then somewhere else. Apparently, my warranty expired. Wouldn't change my oil last time but set up when to call for my oil. Was hoping to do my oil, the sunroof, and see if anything could be wrong. However, no call back and now thankfully a great shop in South Florida is helping so I can get back to Orlando. Enjoyed this facility years ago and appreciated still after the pandemic while not having near the amenities anymore. Hope no one else has issues like I had.

Go to there website..I received a free oil change last month, got it done while I was at SeaWorld, prefect timing in my behalf, you just have to check!

We currently have an orange one and a white one. Our store in Daytona has a red one. In the future, the most efficient ways to check this are to call, use our website chat, check our website or submit an online email form as this google account is not integrated into our systems and only checked a few times throughout the day.
