They had a decent selection in store so you can get a rough idea of the brand and style you like. I usually go try a bunch of stuff on then order online once I have a brand and style narrowed down.

They have a great selection with a very knowledgeable staff, and if they don't have what you need in store they are happy to order it and have it shipped to you as well.

Online is best. Florida has Burlington and other sports stores but they are probably made for FL weather.

I dont think they really care . They dont seem to respond to any emails either.

They do carry major brands such as Marmot, Mammut, The North Face, and others.
