3.5 stars. Pros: On the beach location; had 2 interactions with management, both were positive; quiet location with private outdoor area; assigned parking spot. Cons: Cleanliness could be better - the fridge had a leftover spill, the wall heating units looked cruddy, the furniture is outdated and some had that old sticky feel; security lacking - anyone could have made a key and used it to come in, deadbolt on front door not secure. Changing out dingy '80s vertical blinds is overdue. Why not spend $150 and upgrade to keyless entry with changeable code? No air conditioning; bedspread looks to be the kind not changed or washed between guests; very low (7 foot?) ceilings; pets allowed which always concerns me from a cleanliness standpoint. We paid around $1,000 for 3 nights. Expected a bit better for the price.

I join the sad reviews about this place keeping your money when they agree to a refund. We have rented from them for 25+ years but got thrown to the curb losing quite a bit of money. this past July. First when the first of my group arrived to their unit it was NOT CLEANED. They arrived after check in time. She called right away and they sent a cleaning crew right over AND they said they would comp us 1 night. She and I both were told this in a face to face conversation. We have not been comped and I have called 4 times and sent an email. Then my group fell sick with Covid on Day 2/3 of our 7 night stay. We decided to go home. I talked to them and was told no comp for the 24 hour Covid hold and we totally agreed. But I was told IF the units rented after that we would get comped but no renters no comp. We totally agreed. I watched the online booking dates and noted they were rented. But I was told I was reading everything wrong, and then I added family members that stayed on did see renters. Of course there was some back pedaling and several phone calls back and forth with us coming to an agreement finally on an amount. I have not seen it and they do not answer my calls. They dropped the ball and I am so disappointed in the lies and their business practices. Shame on them.

Stayed the night. Was a beautiful property just wish could have stayed longer. Seems like always booked based on location. Will try and stay longer next time.

Great location in Lincoln City & near the beach. The home & furnishings could use updating. There is no dishwasher. It was clean & the patio & hot tub were wonderful! Very scant amenities, so don't plan on making meals here unless you are bringing what you need. The hide-a-bed couch needs replacing - cushions are broken down & so uncomfortable to try & sit on. The bathroom & shower are tiny! The fenced front yard was a bonus since we were traveling with our little pug. You can see & hear the ocean from the house which is always wonderful! The rental agent was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. There are lists of rules & expectations (vacuum, take out garbage, start laundry, wash & put away dishes) posted on the fridge. Understandable, but we found the threat of charges for incomplete tasks unnecessary. It was fine for our 3 night stay as we spent most of our time out exploring, but we wouldn't rent there again.

The Beachfront Garden Inn does not yet have EV charging station, but I would bet that the nearby casino likely does.
