I'm not a cell phone guru if I were you I'd go to the sprint store in Newington and ask for Justin Brackett the assistant manager he can look at your phone and tell you what is wrong with the phone if anything at all good luck
Not a sprint employee, but if you downloaded a weird app before noticing these issues, it might be to blame. Maybe try restarting your phone in safe mode?
