We had to call to find out if we were approved , I spoke to Shera Seigla an immediately after the call I received an email came stating we have been approved but it has been rented out. Shady business practices. I recommend you to not apply here. They just want to collect rent fees until they reach a certain amount of money then approve who they want.

A fair, professional team. In a town of slum-lords, it's nice to work with people willing to make sure you have a decent place to live. They were always on top of issues and did their best to resolve them all. I can't speak to all, but my experience was positive.
