A shout out to the folks at McGovern. Ryan, our salesperson, understood exactly what we were looking for and found it for us. A very smooth and professional experience. None of the distasteful stuff now found at other dealers. No crazy market adjustment markups that other dealers are using just as a way to take advantage of the current situation. The price on the car is the price we paid. Most consumers are aware that there are no major discounts as in times gone by based on the current supply chain; it's just when other dealers insist on market adjustments in the thousands that customers will become annoyed. Thank you to Ryan and Bobby in finance for being honest and straightforward and for a good experience. I would highly recommend this dealership based on this experience.

I had a great experience with our salesman Ryan as well as the finance person, I believe his name was Bobby. I was very nervous going into this as I was trading a car that I’ve had for a while in. They offered me a great price on my trade which allowed me to get into a car I really wanted at a great price. Ryan was able to work a way better deal than another dealership, even worked on his days off to answer my questions, and will definitely get our business again in the future. Everyone was straight forward and I was in and out within 1.5 hours tops. I love my new Crosstrek!
