Not really sure the rime or reason behind what they take and what they don’t - I have sold many big items to them and have never got top dollar but was always satisfied as donating leads to no money which I don’t mind but for bigger items I like to see some profit - clothing is a hit or miss what they take and I’m not sure their logic as they have taken some of less desirable items and left some big dollar items. From a shoppers prospective I feel some things are reasonably priced others not so much and as I said not sure the logic behind the pricing. Staff is always friendly to me though seems a little flighty at times but never the less very friendly and kind. Only negative is being a store called “children's orchard” I can never take my child in with me as she is 8 months and her car seat barley fits down the isles and shopping is a huge discomfort. The store is so over stocked I can only shop when she’s with my husband because the whole process becomes stressful. Fill a bag sales are great but the store was so full I didn’t have much time or space to check out all the regular priced items. Isles are so tight you can’t even see someone coming from the opposite side. Sundays are a great day it is much quieter. Only advice I have is if it’s going to be a Children's store then make it more accessible for small children in car seats etc.

Children's Orchard is absolutely amazing! This is where we buy pretty much all of our son's clothes. They have a great selection that is constantly updated with lots of books and toys as well. Everything is so reasonably priced, I couldn't recommend them more!

This is a fantastic second hand children's shop. They have a great selection of clothes and shoes, ranging from newborn to around age 8-10. The staff is very friendly and accommodating of wandering toddlers. Their selection did change seasonally, so keep that in mind if you're looking for off-season options. They do have some toys & larger items like strollers/joggers but the choices are limited. You can also sell gently used clothing there as well. Check them out ahead of time to find out the policies and procedures.

This store is cramped, crowded, and during our visit, we experienced terrible customer service. In order to "sell" your clothes to them, you drop it off in the back of the store, and wait until they come to you to give you a price. By that point, we had spent our time walking around and shopping. This is the most overpriced second hand store that we have ever been to. We quickly started regretting the visit, but assumed we would at least get "top dollar" for our used children's clothes (all in excellent condition). They came back to us, offered us $3 for a large bag of clothes. On top of that, we had some coupon that was supposed to give us more than what they quoted us, and we were told that the coupon had been applied (despite not giving it to them yet). You are better off buying new, or looking elsewhere. Pricing is subjective, I understand that. But we had good brand clothes in excellent condition (some still with tags). To top that off, they sold some very worn, used clothing for prices equal to what we have seen in department stores! We will definitely not shop there again.

Hey there! During the last year, we have continued to maintain precautions we have put in place due to Covid. Masks are mandated in the store by ALL customers and employees. We have plexiglass screens between any transaction. We also ask that all shoppers maintain 6 ft of distance between others.
They vary quite a bit and also depends if you're buying during a sale. Their prices are good... not Goodwill good but considering the enormous difference in overall quality, you really get what you pay for. Plus, there selection is so much better that Goodwill too! Don't get me wrong though, we have gotten some absolutely outrageous deals there too!
10-4. They have all the hours on their website. They wont take individual onesies, they need to be an original set. And they dont take Carter's from Walmart. They also won't take carriers right now because they have too many. If they have too much of anything, they wont take it.
