I went to their Portsmouth, NH store last week, There were 3 employees,,, and no one in the store. The younger employee was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. When I posed a question to one of the older guys hanging out at the register he told me to go to the book section if I wanted an answer.... essentially because he didn't want to bother and just wanted to brush me off. Ticked me off... he's lucky I was in a good mood.... I definitely got his number.... what a shame.

Very disappointing experience with Woodcraft. I placed an online order early on Monday, May 4th, and was told that my order would ship the same day and arrive on May 7th. Here I am on May 7th and my order has not even shipped yet. No one will return my call or emails.
