When will a manager be available today. I would like an appointment

They work on commission. I was a few weeks ago and forgot the guys name.

I walked in and had no problem.

Walk in service available, usually first come first serve. Can be a wait if you go first thing when they open

You can call Verizon to find out the store manager's schedule then set up an appointment. If he/she is still helping the person before your scheduled appointment, and if that appointment runs a little long (which happens), hopefully you will understand if your appointment is a bit late.
