Very pleasant .

Cold people, very mean. Had an appointment at 9am, told me I wasn't in the book. Came in at 1 and gave us attitude and wanted the money up front, no half now and half later. Go somewhere else for only $10 more. They would also charge $250 per day before the cremation for a dead body to sit in a cooler. Trying to scam people when they are ina vulnerable state. This is located in a corner for a reason.

I had a long lost older brother pass away in Bangor, Maine. I contacted them and they took care of everything. They do exactly what they say and follow through on everything. I received my brother's ashes the day I was told they would be here in Northern Colorado. Bill G, Fort Collins, Colorado

When my elderly father passed away, I contacted DDC for help. The collected his remains very quickly and worked with me to get the proper paper work in place. I live in Arizona, and we were able to take care of everything via telephone and the internet. They were so caring and compassionate. The very reasonable fee included shipping his remains to us in Arizona. It all went off without a hitch and we were very satisfied.

We do not require pre payment. We do require payment prior to completing the paperwork and scheduling the cremation.
You never have to pay in advance. However, we do not accept or wait for life insurance. The $975 must be paid at time of arrangements, then family may be reimbursed by the insurance.
Yes, Dawn. It requires payment in full by cash, check, or money order, made payable to Key Bank Trust. It will take about a half hour of your time. We are closed today as we are on all holidays, but give us a call later in the week and we will gladly assist you with an appointment. We have openings Thursday or Friday as well as next week.
Hi Sandra, Our $975 Complete includes transportation from place of death to the Crematory. There is no opportunity for viewing or paying last respects once we take the deceased from the place of death, so that should be fine before we are called. In addition to transportation, we complete all the required permits and pay the associated fees. We also work with medical personnel and the state to ensure the death certificate gets completed and becomes a legal document so family can purchase certified copies from the town clerk. Following the cremation, there remains are returned in a simple green plastic transport urn, unless family chooses to purchase one. That urn can be picked up or returned by USPS at no additional charge. Payment must her made by cash, check, or credit/debit card. We do not accept general assistance from towns, and we do not take insurance assignments. Please let me know if you have any other questions. I'd get glad to assist you. Cynthia
Took 4 days to get remains back.
Pamela, We would pick up your loved one once we are called by family or the facility, depending on where the death occurred. It can take up to 2 hours for us to arrive locally, though it is usually much less than that. Please accept my condolences. And please let us know if there is any way we can assist you. Cindy
