While limited on what they can do to help with technical issues, the staff was helpful with a phone upgrade. Took awhile to get there, but it all worked out in the end.

Poor service. Prepare to wait and be treated like a number. Diego decided to help other people before me even though I was next in line. Avoid and just call Verizon or do what you can online.

After standing there for a half hour, before I had finished explaining my situation - I was told to call tech support. If the employees don't want to work when the clock strikes seven, maybe you should close at 7. Unfortunately, had they taken the time to try to solve the first question they'd have realized I was also interested in upgrading my plan, phone, and to purchase wearable tech. Thanks for confirming I should just go online instead of expect assistance in this store.

How can I stop Verizon from sending bills to my deceased son at our address? We have spoken to representatives, mailed in the death certificate and copies of Maine law regarding dispersement of his meager estate which is now depleted.

Wait outside until they are ready. They put you in a queue and will let you know when they are ready for you. When you go in you have to wear a mask.

We have just received a new phone and want to come down to have someone helpus transfer the information from old to new phone. Do we need to do anything prior to coming in and what is a good time to do this.

Definitely have your info backed up - there is a Verizon content transfer app you can download that will guide you through it. If you have an iPhone, it's best to use the iCloud. The store is typically very busy so expect a longer wait time.
