Our pizza was ready in the app, but yet it wasn't ready at the store. We hade to wait 45 minutes for pizza when we were promised that in 25 minutes. I think the staff need to pay attention to their online orders as they come in. I don't recommend this location and I won't be back.

Visited the Domino’s on Stillwater in Bangor Maine. We ordered our pizza online. The app said it would be ready in 40-50 minutes. When we arrived, they hadn’t even started our order. There were only 2 people working and when I say working, they were busting their behinds trying to get all of the orders done. They were both very nice and very apologetic. They didn’t need to be. They were doing everything they could to man the cash register, make the in store orders and the delivery ones. No one was complaining. We happily waited for our order to be done. Those men had everything to complain about but they did not. We will definitely be ordering from them again.

This restaurant location is absolutely appalling! Quoted 40min , show up to get our pick up order and the gentleman says it will be 25 min more. After 1 HOUR still no food!!!! The staff said continuously , " so many orders ahead of yours, well why don't you JUST CANCEL IT THEN WITH UTTER COMPLETE ATTITUDE!! we said so this is how you handle customer service. "Then told us -- my father , myself and my 18 your old son , to cancel and call corporate. " After 1 hour and 45 min later we got our order of TWO MEDIUM PIZZAS AND ONE APPETIZER . NOTHING TAKEN OFF NO DISCOUNT !!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!

Almost always perfect with my orders, and when they mess up, they happily fix it and are generous about it. Always fast even during a rush (but I don’t mind if they took their time) drivers are great and have never had a bad experience with them. I’ve been ordering from this store for 6 years and I’ll miss it if I move out of their reach! <3
