Almost never open -- it's been closed 4 out of the last 5 times i tried. Frequently out of ingredients. One day the line chef dropped cooked filet of chicken on the floor and (without any shame) attempted to put it into someones food. I love Chipotle, but this branch sucks

The day I watched someone I loved die in front of me I pre- ordered chipotle for something somewhat nourishing that I didn’t have to prepare for dinner later that evening. 1 hour and a half after the scheduled arrival time I received a call saying they canceled my order. I took a deep breath and said “okay, yes I’ll take my refund” Last night was a bad mental health night so I tried chipotle again, because again, their food feels on the healthier nourishing side. It came but was wrong, spilled, missing items etc. Delivery food services are sometimes about more than a lack of motivation to cook. Sometimes the people on the other end need some help that day. Bummed chipotle has become so unreliable as a place for a fresh meal, I don’t think I can bring myself to order ever again. Would love if someone wanted to reach out to me about this, having a hard time getting through to anyone. Thanks

I second with the other reviews, they cater to the online ordering vs customers standing right in front of you. I went in on a Friday night at 5pm and they said they only had enough chips for online orders because they prepaid. It was prime dinner time. That is unacceptable and they should be plenty stocked during dinner on a weekend. They also had no vinaigrette because "We only make it in the morning". So heads up anyone who wants a salad won't get dressing. I let it go though and tried again at lunch time on Sunday, right around when they opened thinking they'd be fully prepared. This time the were turning away guests because they didn't have enough staff and the morning workers never showed up. They said you have to place an online order to get served and the line was closed??? They didn't put a sign up to notify customers so every single person coming in who didn't have an online order were turned away or yelled at from the kitchen. The employees sounded very stressed, and I have to ask where is the management team in all of this? Such a poorly managed Chipotle! Oh, and the bathroom (right at opening time for lunch - where it should be freshly cleaned) was absolutely disgusting. Nothing was cleaned the night before or morning of clearly. Zero toilet paper. Zero soap. Paper towels everywhere on the floor. The management and owner of this particular Chipotle should be embarrassed at how the run this establishment. Shame on you.

Ordered Chipotle for takeout. Tipped and everything. Got this really sad looking bowl that only had rice and lettuce when we had ordered fajita veggies and extra tomato salsa. Drove 30 minutes home and saw the bowl. Called over and over but nobody was answering. Waste of my time. Waste of my money. Kinda disappointed.

I went there one day and they were closed too. I was told it was a shortage in staff to work.
