I've seen a couple trails where dogs are not allowed, but those are marked with signage. There's definitely coyotes that roam, so you may want to keep your dog leashed if they tend to roam far on their own.
Yes I have seen many well behaved dogs on the course and range but they do have a cat that lives in / and around the clubhouse, as well as feral cats and other animals. So keep that in mind.
The trails I have walked allow dogs off leash but it depends...there is plenty of signage to indicate where dogs are allowed on/off leash.
