Wish I could put 0 stars. The insensitive front desk personnel will outright deny service to any patient who is unable to accommodate a mask. They refuse to accommodate and would rather shut you down and refuse to let you speak. I was ill and made it clear I was nauseous and that I couldn't wear it for long amounts of time or I would vomit. They could care less.

I never felt rushed. The nurses and doctor were very nice and explained everything in detail. I appreciated being able to walk in and get seen, even though it meant a long wait because they were busy!

Pleasant lobby waiting area. Plenty of free parking right outside the door. Wonderful receptionists and staff. Doctors are quick and efficient and nice to you. Best of the best!

Terrible. If zero stars were a choice, this would be my selection. Waited hour and a half(!) in URGENT Carr in Orinda. When doctor finally appeared, no apology for ridiculously long wait. Upon examining my right femur, which manifested a nasty bruise, she declared that there was “no fracture.” Thanks, doc, for the brilliant diagnosis. Even a blind person could have made said determination. In all, at best a waste of time and money. At worst, fresh evidence why America’s health-care system needs radical overhaul. T.F. Black
