Do you start at the bottom of the stairs or at the top? Can you do it from either end?

I started at the bottom. From the top of the stairs, you can walk down the neighborhood streets to the bottom and then go for round two up the stairs!

There is no order to them. There are 2 separate streets with many flights of stairs, where you start and if you do them all, completely up to you. Just have fun!

You can choose either side, I started at the bottom though. The view serves as a nice incentive and reward for when you reach the top.
