The wait was over 30 minutes to get in. They magically found us a table when we went to the hostess stand to ask for an update after 40 minutes. Our server seated us and forgot to give us silverware. Our server took our order and brought the drinks but forgot one for our child. After the food arrived (except his) my son actually said "how come everybody else gets theirs?" They were out of diet coke. Dessert took 40 minutes to arrive at the table (after the second attempt). Dinner for 4 was almost $100 including 18% tip. I don't feel like it was a good value. The only fast part of dinner was checking out via their website and the QR code. I'm have no plans on going back.

My first time here and it was a good atmosphere, my family's orders were all delicious. I loved it here, i definitely recommend this location, the waitress was also very friendly. My mom also received a sweet gift for mother's day from the restaurant 🌹

Tonight was my daughter's 17th birthday. BJ's is where she wanted to have her birthday dinner. We we seated quickly and our orders taken. And that's where the good pretty much ended. Our original server had to take her dinner break and we were turned over to another. It took a very long time to receive our food. At which time my order was completely incorrect(mistakes happen). I had to get up to find someone to get some ranch dressing for our table. My family had completely finished their meals and my order was nowhere in sight. I finally had to, once again, get up and find our fill-in server to cancel my meal and get us the check. The only good that came from tonight was that the manager did comp our meal. What a fantastic birthday experience for my daughter. BTW my Jumbo Jack from Jack-in-the-Box was delicious.

I always have a good experience at BJs! Lunch specials and family meals are both great deals. I normally go for a quick bite with my mom or friends. Food, service and drinks are always on point.
