The store is pretty big and since the pandemic there isn't much workers around, but when you find the assistance here, they're so helpful and polite. One gentleman assisted me in reaching for ink on the very high top shelf which was made for overstock-- whoops! But he showed me where they're typically stored on the shelves. The cashier, she was super sweet and knowledgeable. She told me about their points program which would be beneficial for me since I purchased ink for my printer and how to recycle my old cartridge.

It was efficient, friendly, professional and personal. I got the banner I visualized when someone else told me it couldn't be done. Christina was incredible. She helped 5 people simultaneously, never seemed harried and showed that she cared about each person she helped. No one got short changed. THANKS!

Went to get 3 large prints printed. The website, store, and counter all say drop box is accepted. The employee at the print counter pulled it up and everything and then told me that the store does not have a drop box account and that they are not able to make one. I asked for other options and he gave me nothing to work with. I called another store location and they were incredibly helpful and do in fact utilize drop box. If you ever need to print, I recommend going to any other location just for service alone. Shoutout to the downtown location!
