I lived at Murray Manor from 1983-2018. I lived in three different apartments. As my circumstances changed from needing two bedrooms to only one I moved. When it came difficult to climb stairs them accommodated me with a downstairs apt. Moving from there to Florida was the biggest mistake I ever made. The apartments I live in now does not have the great maintenance crew they had. If something needed fixing it was usually done on the day reported or within a few days, if parts were needed. Here it can be weeks if not months. The office staff were great. Here they never answer the phone or call you back if you leave a message, so you have to resort to going into the office which is not fun when it is 112° outside. I may have a pool, ac and a washer and dryer in my apartment but I’d rather be in my Murray Manor downstairs apartment without all that stuff!

Old apartments, need to fix many thing, heating old version- gas, no conditioner and price $1,250. Beside them less price and more living squire and better condition.
