Parking lot was completely full, had people parking in one of the 2 lanes,causing a traffic jam in the parking structure. I had to turn around like 30 other cars had to do. I had appointment with the Cancer Center. So I remembered they had a Parking Valet, so I had to use tge valet to park my car and charge me $3.00 even though I have disability placard and if I had been able to park on my own, it would not have cost me anything.

Yes they have a parking attendant available 24 hours a day.
