Good place to do interval training. Late nights are best to get a great workout by yourself.

Did the stairs for a workout with my trainer and these are no joke. My trainer is already saying we are going to do it again 😫 Also meet the cutest little boy today. That's the only good part of my workout today 😂

The stairs are Awesome. A great work out and very peaceful in the morning. If you looking to watch a sunrise u can not see that from the stairs u will have to drive around on the neighboring streets. If u want a sunrise My Helix has a better View.

I love little hidden spots like this! Just a bunch of stairs in the middle of a neighborhood. Great for a workout outside enjoying the views! I'm not sure how many stairs but enough. It's really beautiful and peaceful and the views are great. Just be respectful cause it is right in the middle of people's homes.

I started at the bottom. From the top of the stairs, you can walk down the neighborhood streets to the bottom and then go for round two up the stairs!
It's just a public stairway similar to a regular sidewalk. I don't know that there is a specific opening or closing time. I know they do ask that you be respectful of noise, especially in the morning and evenings, as they do cut directly between houses and yards.
There are three sets of stairs - one set is on the east side of Mt. Nebo and has about 200 steps (if you go down to the Spring Street Trolley Station). There is also a set on the west side of Mt. Nebo that consists of about 250 steps. There is the 3rd set on the north side that has only about 50 steps (because part of it is a steep incline). If you walk all three sets of stairs, it takes about an hour or more. You can do them more quickly if you run them.
