A hobby shop that has what you need and can get it if not in stock. Take your time to look thru the store, ask polite questions and you will get answers. Just there 6/30/22, bought a loco, parts, ordered a new Bachman box car, fred installed!

Very friendly, and they take the time to help, in whatever way they can, to explain about the trains and accessories that they have and what would be the best way to do whatever you asked them about. I have yet to be ignored whenever I have gone there and have alway gotten an answer to whatever question I've asked, I hope they never go out of business.

When I got back into model trains earlier this year, I had remembered going to this store almost a decade ago to get my first train set and knew I had to go back. As I have gotten into the hobby, this has been the primary place that I go to get new models and materials. One of the best things about this store is the insane variety available. Any scale, O, HO, N, you name it, you will find something for you. As an HO modeler, the left half of the store is almost entirely HO scale cars, locomotives, new and used, and materials to make layouts and working on the trains. The customer service here is outstanding. there is almost always 2 guys at the counter who can answer just about any question you may have regarding model trains (they even have a little dog most of the time!). When I came back for the first time, they were able to help me find what I needed and get me started, and if you ask nicely, they just might take some money off your total and save you a few bucks! But regarding the prices here, If you want to buy models here, be prepared to spend a pretty penny. Most of, if not all of the new models are either the same price as buying directly from the manufacturer, or sometimes even higher. it may not seem like much at first, but it adds up very quickly. Its not hard to spend more that $100 in one visit for just a few cars and if you want a locomotive, forget about it, you're spending at least $200 to get anything decent if you want DCC/Sound. The prices here are honestly the one thing keeping me from giving 5 stars.

I had been scouring the internet for lights that will be suitable for a 3D printing project I have and finally I decided to pay these guys a visit! They knew exactly what I needed to light up my project! They even have a cute little puppy! I can’t wait to go back for the landscape and for future projects! Best part is they’re less expensive than ordering on Amazon and you get to support a local business. Not to mention they’re just generally nice guys - not a commonplace attribute of many stores these days. Hats off gents.

No, but we can order it.
Joshua pretty much nailed it. Hand sanitizer is also available.
It depends on what model it is. Please refer to the Repairs page on our website.
Bring it in and let us take a look at it. If it something minor, we may be able to fix it.
Depends on what you want.
