These apartments are incredibly located, include top of the line amenities, and are beautiful and clean inside. The staff has been friendly and attentive, especially Celiene (leasing agent) who stands out far and above for us. She’s done an amazing, over-the-top exceptional job helping my mom secure and learn about her new apartment - patient and informative, kind and professional. Also, there is a sense of community that Jefferson La Mesa has initiated with pancake breakfasts and the such. It seems like it will be a wonderful place for my mom to live and I’m very grateful she has the chance to be comfortable here.

I would give 6 stars or more if I could! The staff is truly amazing - Candice and Lee have been phenomenal through the entire leasing process. My phone calls got returned promptly, my emails answered, and any questions quickly resolved. I can't say enough how grateful I am for their professionalism and expertise. I've moved in and Ivan the maintenance manager quickly resolved a maintenance problem - great team! Thank you!

Jefferson has a lot of harsh sounding reviews right now, so I feel the need to share my experience in case it helps people to not be "scared off". From my initial reaching out to Jefferson to ask about available units, to moving in on the very first opening day of 3/17, I have had an amazing experience with the complex AND the leasing office. Celiene and Lee have been professional, helpful, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to interact with. It is a brand new complex, and despite that they have made every effort to answer questions, provide information, and make our move-in process as easy as possible. I have zero complaints whatsoever when it comes to the leasing office. As for the complex itself, the units are expensive for a reason. Honestly with the current housing market, there are other complexes with comparable pricing that don't come close to Jefferson in terms of what you get. Brand new units with everything being completely modern, prime location a walk away from downtown La Mesa and the 8, amazing complex amenities, and overall it has the feel of a "fancy" complex while still feeling homey and not overly "cold" (this may only make sense to some haha). Couldn't recommend Jefferson more to anyone who can afford it and is on the fence.

Put my name on a list which months later I find out it's an interested list. I was thinking it was affordable housing list so now affordable housing list is full. If I was on interested list no one contacted me or my adult grandchild. Bad business or BS
