The studios are 475 sq. Ft. The price just went up to $1550. Not safe. Not secure. Really noisy. The management act like they're doing you a favor. MOLD.
The rental price can go between $1500-$1800. The sq ft can go between 500-800. It all depends what you want i.e. parking and storage is a separate charge. It's a great location. Convenient. But if you're a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend. It can get noisy at night sometimes.
