Ok, it's not so bad after all. There was just a lack of communication for a second. Sometimes the office can get overwhelmed with the problems that surround Studio 15, but they do listen and will get on top of whatever issue you have if you just keep on them about it so don't get discouraged.

When I first moved in,a bag of my medication wasn't where I put it. It miraculously returned later. Then at the beginning of the pandemic,I was sleeping and the maintenance guy opened my door and I was in my underwear. He said there was an overflow in my apt, which was a lie. They illegally enter your apt, when you're not home. I believe that's why they installed the cameras,so they can monitor when you leave.

This place should only be used as a stepping stone. Poorly managed, need to hire more workers to adequately keep the place clean & there is a lot of mentally ill people who will freak out on you. One must understand that this place is in a homeless area so expect anything & everything!

Look at the area, and the people of the area. The building is affordable housing, you be the judge. Personally I would sue the corp.that built it, outside companies are constantly having to finish what was half assed put in place. This is a.relativly recent construction 7-8yrs.as of today 3/27 I have been had bags of clothes, sitting on the floor, for a month because they can't seem to get it right.the building is infested, and when they spray you literally are asked to pack up your stuff as if you are moving, I can walk to my door from the inside and look at bugs coming in around the edges, because they were crawling from hall walls and met my door and decided to come in.

Drugs are everywhere and homeless people are everywhere not just around this place they have security and the police is always near wake up and smell the coffee this is America you're never safe the police should be your biggest problem not the homeless people and the drugs you're worries about the wrong thing
I just recently received a message, asking for me to buy her, again, some extremely strong insect killer. Apparently, the roaches, spiders, and bedbugs are still running rampant. Some of the drug dealers, and users still live and/or work there or right outside.
There's a lot of dogs and if they are rescue dogs ,chihuahuas are the saviors ,Haha anyone can get a verification from whoever they want, MD. Psychiatrist, a friend,
There is only resident parking. And you may be on a waiting list for it. No guest parking. They park on 14th when the street is not blocked off for events like baseball game. Yellow is only a Commercial vehicle loading zone and the meter maid will give you a $59.00 ticket for parking in the front of the building.
Yes they do
I believe it is 50.00$
You do not want to live in this building the management company are crooks
YaasSS! All units have their own toilet, sink, and bathtub/shower.
You'll get voice mail after 5, but the guard is right downstairs and they are so nice.
Not too much starting about 680
You have to come in to get an application
That's how this place operates.
Calling won't help. I moved out in February. Their leases generally expire at the end of the month, so, unless someone moves out sooner, like I did, you will just have to wait. I suggest that you talk to someone at Father Joes, right next door. They may be able to get you temporarily housed for the time being.
When I moved in 6yrs ago it took up to two months to move in, they did your credit, your background check, your face to face and if you had a felony within the past 10 yrs you were denied, now they fill them up as fast as they can. People look at the area, (father Joe's is next door) and they see slot of the homeless people around but they automatically think we are part of that and that this is a bad place to live and they are wrong. This is totally different on the inside and we have nothing to do with the homeless or the shelters, if we did Gwen they owe me slot of money cuz the shelters are free and for a studio that's smaller than a storage is costing me 700.00 a month. Don't judge a book by is cover people, I know slot of people of great backgrounds who would love to live here because petcock park is two blocks away, the new library is also two blocks away, the transit, bus station and casino buses are next door, and Balboa park is less than 3 blocks away
Its not a safe place to live its has bed bugs roaches dirty people hang around drugs over there
