Beautiful apartment complex had an amazing time staying there for almost a year. Amazing pool and jacuzzi, always kept very clean. The apartments are updated and very spacious. You get your security deposit back if you leave the place in conditions. Very friendly staff. The only downside is the parking, the spots are small (unless you pay extra and there is availability) and there is no guest parking.

Advertised as non-smoking and I see tenants smoking from their balconies and I constantly smell cigarette smoke when the windows are open. The cost is too high for what you get. The apartments are old and smell old. The security is nonexistent, the parking is horrible and it’s extra either $60 or $100, the laundry facilities are a joke and only on the 1st floor, it’s difficult to move into, the appliances are old, it’s noisy, and my apartment had a lot of things that needed fixed. The cleaning of the apartment wasn’t great. I’m glad I have a short term lease. I could have paid $100 more and got a nicer place with parking included and a washer/dryer. The location is ok.

Stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks, attending UC conference at SDCC. Nice and good place, 2 minutes walk from Ralphs supermarket.
