I’m starting to think this place just doesn’t care to rent to people. I applied over a month ago after seeing open units pop up on Zillow and on their site. Haven’t heard anything since applying and not only that, I’ve called numerous times and left multiple voicemails to follow up on my app with 0 response. They look great, just impossible to get a hold of. Seen someone else have this struggle before but I ignored the review in hopes of having a different outcome but obviously they haven’t addressed the issue.

Small but cozy studios :) The property manager Carla is amazing. She is extremely helpful and always has great attitude. The building is always spotless. Also you get free fast Wi-Fi and a free Amazon Hub account. I really enjoy living at The Nook East Village

Carla is the BEST!!! she helped me with the application process and made sure that everything goes well and fast. She cares about the residents safety and she maintains a healthy living entourage👌🏻 I really enjoy coming to my studio after a long day at work🙏🏻Thank you Carla for making my Nook experience a great one!! Since staying at the nook my experience has been amazing. Carla in the front office has been wonderful with any help or questions since my move in. Any issues I have with my apartment Carla ensures that everything is resolved quickly and always checks up with me to make sure repairs are to my liking.im giving a 4 star because the parking are bad and the refrigerator small for me so i have to buy food each week then each month thats what im use to and the apartment smaller then what im use to back home but it will grow on me.If i had to recommen anyone a place to stay it would be the Nook and the price not bad for downtown.
