The AA Hospital is okay. But I've heard & seen abuse from the Orange County animal adoption next door. In fact Newport Beach does not deal with them anymore
Not sure about the services there. I'd imagine they do spay and neuter seeing as they adopt out dogs. Golden State Humane Society in Garden Grove is very reasonable as well as Garden Grove Dog and Cat Hospital... They have great vets there
