I bought a particular item online before they are no longer available and wasn't able to make it in store during the week. I spoke to a salesman over the phone and was told I could come in the weekend and exchange no problem. Ok I get in store and I get a big run around no they can't exchange, no they can't repair the product and no they can't do a partial refund for what would be deemed a blemished product. Well thanks for wasting my time. Today's purchase will be my last.

These guys are wonderful to work with. The shop has a great selection of handguns and long guns competitively priced (I’ve shopped around comparing costs of different firearms), and the staff is not only knowledgeable but also personable. Some shops have a weird atmosphere the moment you walk in. This place passes the vibe check. Highly recommended!

Don't stand behind there products they sell. If you have any problems they tell you to call the manufacturer. Its never their issue unless you are spending lots of money on their custom stuff. One long line. If you just want to buy a mag or grip you have to wait in a hour plus line with all the FFL processing. Horrible management.

I just got my first AR at Rifle Supply, the guys there were very helpful, kind, and great. They answered every question I had, and did not feel rushed. This will be the only place I will go to from now on, great experience. I highly recommend this place.

You do not need paperwork for parts, only for AR15 receivers, pistol or shotguns, which are serialized.
We are only allowing a certain number of customers in the shop at once, so we can maintain proper social distancing guidelines. All of our front facing associates are wearing masks. We also have hand free sanitizer and normal pump sanitizers in the throughout the shop.
