Cindy is truly amazing! We scheduled a tour for Elan back in the beginning of June and we were provided with a tour that absolutely made us fall in love with the complex. We were given the reality of how hard it could be to secure an apartment there due to i's full capacity, but we were also told what we could do to try and secure one. Which, eventually we did! We moved into our apartment in late July and Cindy has provided us with nothing but exceptional care since she called to give us the news we got approved. Our leasing and move-in process were so easy thanks to her accessibility and willingness to help! Upon arrival on our first day, she made sure everything was going smoothly to the point where she reminded us to eat because moving can be hard and cause us to forget to eat. She provided us with some small snacks and recommendations within the area. We've been here for less than a month and I've had to reach out a couple times and she ALWAYS responds within a timely manner. I am truly grateful that Cindy is our point of contact and appreciate everything she has done for us since Pre-Day 1.

Cindy, at the leasing office, is the best! From initially touring to moving-in, she has always been super friendly, helpful and attentive. Any question, request or concern, she is quick to jump on. She makes living here a lot more pleasant!

I had the pleasure of meeting Agent Cindy in the Elan office. From the moment I stepped into the office I was greeted with enthusiasm and felt welcomed. Her tour was thorough. When we returned to the office she clearly explained the rent, utilities, and how to get notified of open units. She made sure I knew what documents I would need to be prepared for the application. Then I got the apartment layout I wanted. She called, she emailed, she reminded me to set up my utilities, she stayed on top of my move in date. The day I came in to get my final lease and mailbox key she went through everything again with me and then took me to my unit. It is refreshing to meet a Rental Agent that makes the tenant feel at home. Thank you Cindy.

We moved in a few months ago, and I'm glad we made the decision to make the move. We each have assigned parking spaces, and the parking is safe and secure. The whole building is controlled with smart tech which makes it easy to have friends over, we can grant or revoke access easily. Theres a row of guest parking, which is more than any other place we've lived here in HB. The apartment itself has stainless steel refrigerator, gas stove, and washer/dryer which all seem new if they're not. Mine had hardwired ethernet run, which I think may be standard back to the closet where internet comes in which made things easier. The location has fiber internet which is substantially more stable. The place is amazing. The common areas from the pool, to the outdoor kitchen, other lounge areas, and indoor lounge with pool table are plentiful. Gym is better than any I've seen at any apartment complex. The soundproofing is great, you cant hardily tell anyone else exists unless you open your window, even then you'll likely just hear birds chirping or someone down at the pool. I did see some random negative reviews by people and we havent had any of those problems. Im sure they exist about HB but never encountered a homeless person or anyone other than resident or people strolling down the street. The office has been helpful, they have an app for maintenance as well. Overall definitely recommend
