DONT USE THIS UPS!!!!! If you call and ask for information make sure you get a name from that person. Went in to pick up a package and was told I had to pay a fee WHEN I called in advance and was told there WOULD BE NO FEE. I WAS COMPLETELY LIED TO BY AN EMPLOYEE! And then another employee rudely informed me of their correct policy and had NO concern for the confusion.

I had to ship off my UK visa application of 400+ pages to England and naturally looked around for the UPS location with the best Yelp and Google reviews. I drove a few extra miles for this branch and had phenomenal customer service. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted in a friendly, attentive manner. The store was clean and tidy, so it's easy to find shipping supplies or make copies if you need them. I told the man (sorry, no name tag) at the counter that my box of documents was very important and he took my word seriously, trying to find the best box to fit the one I brought with my passport and papers. He passed me over to Zach, the assistant manager (with a name tag), who was efficient and very professional--asking me if I wanted to do a final check before sealing the box shows experience! He also lent me a sharpie pen so I could write "priority" all over it (hey, I paid over $600 for that extra service), tried to fit a couple of air pouches to fill in the small gaps, and didn't mind taking the extra time helping me ship something for which I already bought an Saver airbill online. I also got a receipt with the tracking number and estimate of arrival. Still, when I got home, I felt a bit empty-handed and discovered that I left a plastic folder with my own application copies, pens, post-its and supplies inside the document box, which would confuse the UK visa staff. I frantically called back to ask if the box had already shipped out and Zach calmly replied that he would pull the box from being delivered until I arrived. I'm sure I wasn't the first person to make a mistake and ask for a recall and I probably won't be the last. Upon walking through the door a second time, the two men quickly retrieved my box, took out the airway bill from the old one, put it on a new box, and let me fetch my things and write my name and "priority" more on the interior document box. I also noticed that there was a "Next Day" delivery sticker on it, which I wasn't sure was included in the Saver rate, but was happy for my box to get there asap. I was so relieved and grateful to the people who take the time to really help those in need, especially those are nervous about the shipping contents, as I wasn't the only one when I overheard another customer tell the woman at the counter that the items in his box were delicate. To show my appreciation, I bought a $15 gift card from Sweet Elle Cafe in the same shopping center and told Zach to have some lattes on me! :)
