Next time a customer asks if you think their watch is worthy of a lifetime battery as opposed to the one time one, make sure you know what you are talking about... The watch or the battery was the wrong decision at which you should know or say "I don't know" Don't tell them how much their watch needs a lifetime battery at almost twice the price... It lasted 3 days and God knows I've tried to make it work... I'm going back to Walmart... At least they don't lie...

The best customer service! Today I went into Target and when I came out my car wouldn’t start. I had my elderly Grandma with me so I ran in Batteries Plus and took her in with me to get her out of the heat. They got Grandma a chair to sit in, tested my battery and then jumped my car so I could pull it around back and then they installed my new battery and I was on my way in less than 30 mins! Thanks so much for the help and great customer service. They are a great source for all your battery needs!

King Computers

They tried programming a FOB for me and messed up my cars computer. After they programed the FOB my dash lights were on. Took to a mechanic, my ABS and SRS was not working. THESE ARE CAR SAFTEY SYSTEMS. Mechanic was able to fix the issue. Managers and staff were immediately notified after programming the fob they said that is not their fault. They did not want to look at it or see if it was happening they just said take it to a mechanic. Now Batteries Plus is refusing to make this right and does not want to refund the money for their screw up.
