They will conduct a FFL transfer of a firearm into California as long as its legal to own in CA. They cannot run a background check for an individual who is taking possession of the firearm in another state. You would need to contact the FFL in that state and send them the firearm.
We do offer FFL transfers on guns that we do not carry. We charge a $75 transfer fee and must collect sales tax on the purchase price.
