No. Most of the parking lots are gated and closed around 7 pm. You'll be towed away. Sometimes you can make a deal with church pastors to park in their lots on a short term basis, but I doubt you'll find anyone this time of night to ask. Maybe better luck tomorrow. Drive out I-90WB towards Cheney and Sprague. Both places have rest areas where you can get a bit of sleep. Also restrooms available.
