Each builder got their own little sections to build in so there is not a good blending of the different homes in with each other. It looks sectioned off into different areas and some homes do not even fit in with the others. Too big to have a nice small neighborhood feel. Overpriced and not close to amenities.

Nice little neighborhood park. Unfortunately, despite several signs being posted regarding city ordinance to keep your dog on a leash, many do not.

This park is awesome! It was fun for the kids, and is safety fixated. This is in a good neighborhood. However, you may only use it if you are in eagle ridge, so that's why I gave it 4 stars.
