I bought tickets with the option for physical delivery to my home. (Jon Pardi, Greeley Stampede 7/1/22). Apparently the tickets were mailed back in March when I ordered them but they never arrived. I contacted customer care through your website and Morgan was extremely helpful. QR codes now on phone and all's well. Thank you Morgan.

Absolutely miserable experience. I tried to use a credit card. The site told me it was rejected. So I tried a different card on different set of seats. That went through. Then the site told me that that I had 4 tickets, not two. Then I tried to call, but they don't answer the phone. I tried email and they said that they would get back to me in 10 days. Seriously, 10 days. And that was wrong as it took 20 days before anyone contacted me. In the meantime I contacted my first credit card company who told me they approved the charge but ticketswest canceled it with no reason given. Later I found that my second credit card had been charged for both sets of tickets. I contacted my credit card company and they canceled the second set. Tickets west was of no help. Now I tried to actually get the tickets. There is no provision to receive tickets unless you have an apple or android cell phone and an appropriate account to google or apple. I just wanted to print out a ticket, but no, they don't support anything and are completely useless. I had to buy an android tablet, download the stuff from google, establish an account to get my tickets, I think. I have not attempted to use them yet. I will never go to any event if I have to use ticketswest. They are completely worthless.

I am really, truly disappointed in this businesses customer service. I am not usually someone who gets online to rant about a place but I was really shocked at the lack of courtesy this place shows. They offer no phone support, they offer no refunds at all for apparently any reason, and said it was in their company's best interest not to when I asked for assistance. No credits available, nothing. We had purchased multiple tickets for multiple show dates and needed help with only one purchase, but the customer service rep offered absolutely nothing as a solution and said there wouldn't be anything else to offer either.

trying to buy 3 tickets for Stars on Ice (5/27/22) got all the way to end - clicked buy now - website popped up with session expired, got cc decline msg on phone; so purchased a different set, went thru fine...Next day, 2 charges for 2 sets of tickets on cc and 6 six tickets total. I have tried NUMEROUS times to reach someone, phone and email...no response. reached out to Paciolan, phone and email -- no response. Website issue and no one has the decency to call or email back. I doubt I will EVER buy tickets thru this site again. And I will tell everyone I know not to buy tickets either, because if there is an issue -- tough luck!
