Can I get an appointment in the Bangor office to talk with someone? I waited 45 minutes on hold today only to get so much static I could not understand the man. I made another call to someone else and no static so not my phone

Bangor office takes walk-ins. I had to wait maybe 20 minutes to see someone who answered all my questions and then scheduled a follow-up appointment.

Yes you can call to set up an appointment, or you can go in and talk to them in person, but if you go there I'd try to go as early as possible before others start arriving, I always go basically right after they open and I don't have to wait long, so however you decide to do it just try doing it early so it doesn't take you long!
