Our couch has three cushions, one of which had a tear. The best solution was to replace the top leather from all three cushions so they matched. When I asked how long this would take, and then explained the couch is in near constant use, they told me that if I could drop them off during the morning, the cushions would be ready before closing. On the appointed day, I did as requested, and my wife was there shortly before closing. Stellar service. Stellar product. Stellar folks.
