We had purchased our phones at Sam's Club and everything they told us was a lie. We went into the store and the Manager Sammy was amazing she spent a good 4hrs+ hours helping fix the mess Sam's Club created. I would highly recommend going to the store directly and avoid Sam's Club. I highly recommend Sammy she Rocks!!!!!!

Wonderful experience at AT&T Bangor. I worked mostly with Sammy and Brian. Went to T-Mobile my previous carrier for help and got cut in waiting line twice while I was there. Walked into AT&T Bangor and I was immediately acknowledged and put on a waiting list to be helped. Sammy and Brian were very patient and kind helping me with my phone issues. Thanks again.

This store in particular has amazing staff. I've gone in a few times regarding upgrades and my account. The employees are always caring, attentive, and answer my questions. If customer service is important when it comes to your service (as it should be), I highly recommend AT&T and this store in particular.
