Yes. There is a whole area called Kids Zone for the smaller children and even a wetland play area. Very good for small ones!!!
Don't go at Christmas hoping to wow your toddler with a Santa visit unless you're ready to cough up another $30-50 just for a chance to wait in line and hope for pictures. 2 year olds don't like 1 hr+ waits and their asking price for a pic is insane.
Yes there is a train and marry go round lots of lights and shows too.

Yes. There is s kiddie ride section in County Fair area.
There are a few rides, but they have height restrictions.
