They've got a carnival area full of rides for younger kids
Dolly wood has a whole corner for smaller children. I did not have any small children with me, but the ones I saw were having a great time.

My 4 year old loves the carnival area and the steam train that runs every hour. Every summer they have a kids fest that has shows just for kids as well. Those are fun as well.

Great my children were two and three when they went! They loved the dumbo ride! Would suggest a wagon bc its alot of walking.
Definitely kid friendly. There's a whole area that's just for the smaller children. And a lot of the rides are family oriented. My kids loved it! And they have stroller rental if you need it.
I used to take my kids when they were little. They loved the little rides for kids and feeding the koi.
