Yes. You can call and speak with a host who can help you get everything setup beforehand. Once you arrive at the park itself there is an office where you pick up the wheel chair or motorized scooter and they will give her an accesability card. This will have a list of the rides she will be able to readily access and she will need said card when using handicap access points on rides. Super easy despite how it sounds. My duaghter is wheelchair bound and i have never had an issue with the staff working with us.

They do have wheel chairs, eletrck or not. They do rent them for 40 per day, you also get a handicap pass .So she can got to front of the rides .
