There is a portion of the park dedicated to small children. One great thing about Dollywood is that upon entering the park, you can have your child measured and that will tell you which rides that each child will be able to ride.
Theres a carousel, train ride, ferris wheel, turnpike thpe ride plus a few others in County Fair area...think real old timey park rides, plus alot of shows, then the major thrill rides and coasters
Yes they have a area for smaller kids..its in their County Fair area..But majority of the rides are for 48 inches
