There are many handicap accessible things at Dollywood and I believe some of the rides are too so many things activities for your son to do he will enjoy
Most of the areas are handicap accessible. Some rides are as well. Don't know about the pricing. A lot of great shows esp. Now with the festival of nations going on.

I would call the park but I do not think there is a reduced rate if you can't, or don't want to ride.
I would think it's the same price. There are a lot of shops and shows to enjoy.
